If you already have a bachelors degree, should you worry about your credits transferring to a new college?
Can you answer Megan M's question about degrees?:
I am planning on earning my bachelors degree at one college then moving to a new college to earn my doctoral degree. Once I achieve my Bachelors degree, should I worry if my credits will transfer, or should I not worry about previous credit and everything will start fresh?
If my credits wont transfer from one school to the next would they consider my Bachelors degree nonexistent, or I dont know. Im confused. Please help.

your credit for a bachelor degree wont count for a doctoral degree they are lower level courses so it wont matter as far as transfer what may matter is you major and what courses you took as they are sometimes required as prerequisite for a doctoral or master program for example an English major may have trouble if the suddenly want to get their doctorate in middle eastern studies(rather than English lit) they would probably need to take some undergraduate courses in the field first before going into a masters or doctoral program
